Scribing to the wall and building to the measured opening is not a luxury here, it is the only way the run goes in cleanly.
North of town, the new construction pushing up the US-31 corridor toward Spring Hill is a different job entirely: square rooms, predictable dimensions, and homeowners who mostly want more storage than the builder allowed for. We are close enough to Columbia that a site visit is a short trip rather than a scheduling exercise.
