The difference between furniture and built-in is the scribe
A bookcase you buy stands in front of the wall. A built-in is scribed to it — filled to the ceiling, trimmed into the baseboard, and finished to match the room, so it reads as part of the original house rather than something added later.
That is mostly a question of measuring an out-of-square room properly and building to those numbers. It is what the shop is for.

Desks at the right height with real drawer storage, file drawers that take hanging files, upper cabinets for the printer, and cable management worked out before the build rather than after.

We measure the wall
Out-of-square walls, ceiling height, outlets, and trim profiles recorded on site.
You see it in 3D
An elevation of the wall, so the proportions are settled before anything is cut.
Approve, build, install
Sign off in the showroom, then our crew scribes and installs it into the room.
